• create and manage your membership record;

• send you informational content, announcements and campaigns;

• develop and analyse our services;

• fulfil our legal obligations.

• Mobile telephone number (optional)

• IP address and device information

4. Method of collection

Your personal data is collected digitally through:

• the membership form at www.surdurebilirsin.org;

• mobile application registrations;

• cookie technologies.

5. Transfer of personal data

Your data is not shared with third parties. It may be shared only where required by law or upon the request of official authorities.

6. Retention period

Your data is retained for the duration of your membership and, within the scope of statutory retention periods, for a maximum of ten years.

7. Your rights under the KVKK

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to:

• learn whether your personal data is being processed;

• request information if it has been processed;

• learn the purpose of processing;

• request correction if it has been processed incompletely or inaccurately;

• request erasure or destruction;

• know the third parties to whom your data has been transferred;

• object to processing;

• claim compensation for any damage suffered.

You may submit any request to us in writing at sende@surdurebilirsin.com. Applications are answered within thirty days at the latest.
