Terms of Membership and Use

Sürdürebilirsin / Sustainers

1. Parties

This Membership and Use Agreement (the "Agreement") is made between Sürdürebilirsin Kültür ve Ekoloji Derneği ("Sürdürebilirsin"), which publishes under the domain name www.surdurebilirsin.org, and the user who registers with the site (the "Member").

2. Subject

This Agreement sets out the conditions under which the Member may benefit from the services offered by Sürdürebilirsin, and the rights and obligations of both parties.

3. Conditions of membership

• Membership is free of charge. The Member completes their name, surname, email address, date of birth and mobile telephone number in full.

• The Member accepts that the information they provide is accurate.

• The Member declares that they have read and accepted this Agreement and all other legal texts published on www.surdurebilirsin.org.

4. Scope of the service

• The Member agrees to receive informational emails and campaigns on subjects such as sustainability, transformation and ecology.

• Sürdürebilirsin may at any time expand the scope of the service, add new features, or modify existing ones.

5. Notifications and communication

• The Member agrees to receive informational, announcement and campaign emails sent from sende@surdurebilirsin.com.

• The Member may unsubscribe from these notifications at any time.

6. Disclaimer

• Content provided on the site or by email is for informational purposes.

• Sürdürebilirsin is not responsible for actions taken or decisions made by users.

7. Intellectual property

• All rights to the content, trademarks, logos and visual material on www.surdurebilirsin.org belong to Sürdürebilirsin and may not be used without permission.

8. Entry into force and amendment

• Sürdürebilirsin reserves the right to amend this Agreement unilaterally.

• The Member agrees to keep track of any changes to the Agreement.

9. Competent courts

• The Courts and Enforcement Offices of Ankara, Türkiye shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from this Agreement.

10. Acceptance

• By registering with www.surdurebilirsin.org, the Member declares that they have read and understood this Agreement and accept all of its provisions.
